How to implement dropshipping

Here is what I want to do: I want that each time a person uploads an excel file on Google drive(a .csv format file ) then this file will be automatically uploaded in wordpress and the products will be updated according to the excel file(.csv).Is there any plugin for that? I started with dropshipping plugins but could not resolve anything.Help me please
