how to hook into order tracking page

There’s a filter for it (woocommerce_order_tracking_status), but I’m not sure how you can retrieve the order object just like in the template.

If you just want to add some text, you can use a plugin like Loco Translate to translate the text from English to English. Just make sure to include the sprintf placeholders (%1$s, %2$s, and %3$s) when editing the text.

Alternatively, you can override the entire template by copying it into your child theme. You can find the template here:
