• on my theme i have a page titled “home” in the menu, when i click that it takes me to “mywebsite.com/homepage” which has nothing on it, i want that page to take me to the real home page of my site aka “mysite.com”, i have my blog set up so that the home page shows the latest post

  • This is located within headers.php usually, you just set the URL of where you want that menu link “home” to go to.

    Let me know if I should be more detailed, it would help if you let me know which theme you are using and linked your website as well.

    yeah im a need alittle more help please, im using the “gonzo” theme i purchased, site url is http://jobnewbie.com/

    Looking at the website and clicking Home on your menu does lead to the same webpage, although with “/home” added.

    ok, look at it now since i just added a new post,i have my home page set up for latest post, now my real home page shows the latest post, now when u click home it takes u a home type page that has nothing on it, i just want it to take me to the real home page

    i noticed if i got rid of the “home page” i created in pages and went to menu and created a custom link entitled “home” and made it go to my home page worked
