    The top admin toolbar is a shared toolbar between backend and frontend. So if you hide any toolbar items on AAM->Toolbar tab, they should be visible neither on the backend nor on the frontend sides of the website.

    Feel free to ask more questions.

    But I have different primary and submenu items in backend and frontend. And The options showing me only the items of the backend. Am I doing something wrong?

    You can alternatively hide it using show_admin_bar filter. Here I introduce my code.

    function hide_admin_bar_subscribers( $show ) {
    if ( current_user_can( ‘subscriber’ ) ) {
    return false;

    return $show;
    add_filter( ‘show_admin_bar’, ‘hide_admin_bar_subscribers’ );

    Thank you. But I don’t want to hide the admin bar, because it is a good indicator if the user is logged in or not… I only one to hide specific items.

    Then you need to check the code and hide it manually. The menu items you want to hide might use action/filter hooks so you need to remove that filter conditionally.

    Are you from official AAM Support Team? Sure I could filter and hook manually in all functions, but Im here to talk about the functionality of AAM…

    Maybe AAM Team would integrate such a feature and maybe they didn’t aware of that missing feature.

    All the best.
