How to have video preview picture on frontpage

I’m using this FLV Embed plugin ( http://www.channel-ai.com/blog/plugins/flv-embed/#download ) to embed flv video files onto my blog but I want to make it so that there’s just a preview jpg on the frontpage and you click that image to go to the Single post where the video is.

Does anyone know how to do that?
