How to hard-code this widget into the 'header.php' template

    A little more advanced, and I’m coming up short on this one. Have created my own text-box widgets and hard-coded them into the index.php template, but would like to be able to stick a piece of code into the header.php template and have this widget displayed there. (and yes, there will be a bit of work to get it displayed correctly)
