How to give option to change the content of a static page?

  • Hi I m converting a joomla template to a wordpress theme. http://lmba.net/
and I have done the most part except for one. I have created a static front page however I want the client to have the option to change its content. I know how to create a template, custom fields and option pages and metaboxes however I cannot figure this one out.

As you can see there are four sections of content below the slider. I want them to have the option to edit/add those content(in normal text editor) like they have the option to create new pages/posts. I m sure it must be very easy however I m sure.Any suggestion?
    Thanks.
