    All of the CSS rules are stored in virtual CSS files that you can access by going to Appearance > Montezuma Options > CSS Files from the admin dashboard. The virtual file you want to change is content.css. If you scroll down, you’ll see a section called LINKS A. In that section, you’ll see a rule that says:

    border-bottom: 		dotted 2px transparent;

    Change that to:

    border-bottom: 		solid 2px transparent;

    If you have other questions related to the Montezuma theme, you can post them on the Bytes For All Support Forum.
