How to give Authors ability to add HTML code to images

    @loconzly

    I have added parameters to the style.css so that posters to my blog can add class=”alignleft” to their images and use those parameters.

    They are currently able to add align=”left” by clicking the image button, but if they add the class, WordPress automatically strips it out as soon as they publish.

    Administrators are able to add the class, however. I don’t want to have to go in to every post and tweak their work.

    Is there a way to give Authors the ability to add that html code to their posts without WordPress stripping it out?

    Yes, turn off the Visual Rich Editor.
