how to get wordpress to zoom out on iphone and other smart phones

    when i go to my website on my iphone its zoomed in and i can not zoom out
    i dont want a mobile theme installed i want to be able to zoom in and out on my website when i open it in safari on the iphone i been looking on google an stuff and it seems to be maybe a meta thing im not sure about this stuff i looked in header.php in wordpress on my theme editor this it all it says with the meta part
