How to get User Register-Extra fields datas in User profile ?

    Hi there, thanks for you Job. i’m testing the last version of yoour plugin, and something that I don’t understand :
    I created a Register Form with some extra fields “phone, city, gender…”

    But when I go to the new registred profile, these infos aren’t there.

    I see well in the “Form area” another tab “Profile-Form”, but why do I need to create again the same fields in it. I prefer Users give me all infos I need when they make their registration.

    Is it a way to achieve this ?

    Hi @kameleon1er,

    You have to add the same fields to your default profile form. Ultimate member supports unique profiles for different user roles e.g. different profile fields for Members, Authors, Admins and this way you can create different profiles for every user role.

    Hi Support, thanks for your help, but it doesn’t work really good if I put 2 registration-shortcode from “UM-Profiles” in “http://MySite/user” the default user profile page. example :
    – [ultimatemember form_id=301] = Members-profile <–Members-UM-Role>
    – [ultimatemember form_id=251] = default-profile (subscriber I guess)

    I create 2 roles “guest” and “Members”. guest for default subscribers and Members with extend fields infos like date, bio, etc…

    But when I finish the registration process as a New Member, the redirection goes to default /user profile page and I have 2 times the profile in the same page (guest-profile)+(member-profile). So I don’t know how it works. I tried also to create another Profile-Page with Member-shortcode inside, but blank page, the defaut-user-page is a special page from UMember. Thanks for your help.

    Ok, I found the solution I guess, I just created a new UMember-role =”guest” to not use “subscriber-default-role”, and now I can put the 2 shortcodes in Uer_profile_page : “[guest-shortcode] [members-shortcode]” and the system can make the choice.

    But hell !!! what is complicated ! One entire day to understand the process 🙂

    I think anyway it’s a cool plugin, but please make some clear examples like :

    – Ok, I need 2 types of member-registers (photographers and models) + “everyone” can register too, as guest of the site. Let’s show how it’s works from the beginning… 😉
