How to get the URL for the first image in a post?

    Hi there!

    I would like know if it is possible to extract the URL for the first image in a post and store it as a variable?

    I am using Postie to add posts through e-mail and my cellphone and I would like to add one uploaded image, from each post, as the Custom Field value for ‘Image’ to be able to use it as thumbnails and so on.
