How to get the tabs working

    I’m still learning WordPress and coding so I’m now where near the best.
    I’ve been working all week on getting the tabs to work. Has anyone come up with a solution. I’ve replaced code with code referenced in another post (Duplicate footer). I’m just not sure where to add the condition so I can get my content on each tabbed page( not sure if that’s the correct wording). Can anyone help me with this.
