how to get the screen to normal size once shrunk in error

    in error, I have managed to shrink the screen size on my website, so that the type face etc is super small. The same has happened to the dashboard at the backend.

    I think that i was holding down ctrl for too long as i was dealing with images on the dashboard.

    A solution as to how to get the site back to normal size would be appreciated.
