I dont know if its even directly related to what I’m after but, I have the ‘order’ set to maximum front

I can’t find any other settings that I can try and tweak to get it to show up immediately all the time vs only when I’ve scrolled to the bottom of the page…

I want people to see it right away as soon as they access the site before then even start scrolling or doing anything else.

I want the button visible the entire time of their visit, full stop.

    Thanks

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

Thanks for your message. The button always shows immediately as it is part of the page that’s being rendered by WordPress. The issue you’re running into is caused by a plugin (WPtouch) that makes your website responsive (suitable for mobile screens). WPtouch places the button inside an container and as a consequence it is now showing at the bottom of your page instead of always visible at the bottom of the screen.

I’m not sure if WPtouch offers the option to exclude the Call Now Button from the wrapper containers it adds. That would be the ‘easiest’ way to resolve this if it’s possible. The other option would be to switch to a modern theme. New themes tend to be responsive and automatically adjust the content to the screen size of smartphones. So there’s no need for a plugin like WPtouch.

I wish I could be more helpful, but there’s nothing we can do to solve this from our plugin.

    Cheers,
    Jerry

P.S. The ‘Order’ setting you tried to use changes the z-index of the button. You can see your website as a pile of layers, and with the order you can move the button between the top and the bottom of the pile.
