    Hi,

    If I have a wordpress problem, and I can neither find an existing solution in the forums nor get an answer to my own forum post, is there a way to contact support about the problem…?

    There is no “support”. WordPress is a free, open-source, application and the only support available is provided by volunteers here.

    clclark463, go to Users/Your Profile in your admin panel. If that doesn’t help your situation, please start your own topic.
