HOW TO: Get subscribe form themes

I recommend to switch on Advanced Form Builder by adding this line to your theme functions.php:
`add_filter( ‘is_using_new_noptin_forms’, ‘__return_false’ );

It is really a shame this is not switched on by default. It gives you many subscribe forms themes and genius styling options!

I would like to tell developers, that this is like 50 % of the plugin function for me! Very odd to deprecate or hide such a good thing!
