how to get sub pages listed under parent on navigation bar

I’m using rt-theme 10 which is supposed to allow parent pages to show the child pages in the navigation bar as drop down menu items. All I get is a page named Uncategorized. The child pages list the FAQ page as the parent, but I don’t know how to make the parent recognize it’s child.

Any detailed help will be greatly appreciated – I’m just not figuring this out on my own with very little experience in WP. I don’t even know if this is a theme issue or a WP issue.
