How To Get Slider Background Image Clear and Not White

  • Using Captain Slider for the first time so any hints or tips would be awesome please.

I have uploaded and used clear background png image files as my slider files. When they show up in the slider they appear with a white background. I need to remove the white so it remains clear as I have a background site image that I want to remain visible through the slider images.

    How do I do this?

Any specific how to tips or hints would be great please.

    Thanks in advance.
    Brian

  • Brian,
Edit the file called flexslider.css in your plugins/captain-slider/assets folder in an html editor (or notepad or something)
Look for .flexslider on line 42 and delete “background: #fff;” from that line.
Save the file and refresh your page.
