how to get Separate Comments for each blog post

    we have installed Disqus on our site, however, the same comments appear on all the blog posts. The comments just keep stringing together. How do I make it so each of my blog posts have separate comment sections. So instead of people’s comments continuing, it will start a new comment feed for each blog post? I know it has something to do with a unique url and identifiers and threads, but I am at a loss at how to change those and what I am supposed to change them to? HELP PLEASE!
