Support » Fixing WordPress » How To Get Rid of White Space **in the code**

I have a salespage I put up. I’m using Amazon Simple Pay buy now buttons.
The problem is that there’s are huge gaps of white space on the page. As
you know, whenever you switch to visual mode, WP messes up the code.
I had tech support agent from my hosting account with Hostgator play around
with it, but it was clearly out of the scope for that kind of support.

However, what he did do is tighten up the code, meaning, he made the code
more compact and somehow that removed the white space. But that was only
one of 3 buy now buttons. I’m trying my best to play around with the code
but this is not really my forte. My thing is just the content. Also, the one buy
now button that he removed the white space would not stay centered.

The url of my page is:
Feel free to right click and check out the source code. Any help
that anyone could give to a WP novice would be greatly appreciated.

PS: please use layman’s terms, thank you…

The gaps are <br /> elements.
Try removing these or using CSS to display none these line breaks.
