how to get rid of /sites/ in media url?

    after I uploaded the media on the subdomain but the url is: namadomain.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/xxxxxx

    how to remove /sites/? or if you can how to customize like the example

    domainname.com/wp-content/uploads/custom/xxxxxx
