How To Get Rid Of "recalculate the SEO scores" message?

    After the 3.0.3 update, clicking on “Click here to recalculate the SEO scores”, and watching the progress bar reach the end the message at top of every page in the wp-admin area stating “We’ve updated our SEO score algorithm is still persistent.

    The message has a green bar on the left which I think indicates task completed but it still appears at top of every wp-admin page consistently. Also clicking the message box x icon on the right or running recalculate again and again does not dismiss the massage.
