how to get rid of "Navigation" bar

I am using Company Website 001 Theme. Not using as a blog site. Front page is static. I am learning how to use WordPress as I go.

Is there a way to get rid of the “Navigation” bar at the top of the menu? Also the “News Items” and “Links” bars on the menu. I only want bars for each page I create. The menu is on the left side column.
