How to get products in the correct category? I use feeds with own categories

I use product feeds to with WP all import to update my site quickly.
Because I use more feeds, the categories which are being loaded within the products are different.
But the products are the same…
How can I get them in the same category?
When i edit it mannualy and run the feed again, it goes back to the wrong category…
Maybe don’t use the categories? Not sure what happens then
