How to get plugin required info( like: Merchant ID / Password etc. )

Hello Jazz Cash plugin developer, I want to integrate jazz cash with my website but i don’t know how we can get the Merchant ID / Password etc. I have also contacted many time jazzcash support team through their supporter emails but still not get any response. So can you please guide me about this. Thanks
