How to get persons that submit a form

    hi,
    i use betheme in my site, and i want to create a form that members input a number and a description for events to signup for a specific event.
    is it possible to create a form that only registered users can access to submit data?
    and how to get the persons that submitted that form?

    i appreciate any other solutions can achieve this with contact form 7 or other plugins.
