We have a company that provided a plugin to use for volunteer signups. When the submit button is hit I am not receiving an email confirmation that a person has completed the volunteer application form & the volunteer is not receiving email confirmation either.
I am told that email confirmations come from the setting in the back end of wordpress. I have an email address entered in settings-General-Email address. I have no other email settings that I can see elsewhere.
Is there something that just naturally comes with WordPress, do I need another 3rd party plugin in order to have my volunteer plugin work?
I am confused how notifications work…please send me in the right direction…
