I did some trouble shooting. I switched the theme to Twenty Fourteen and the comment count works. The only plugins I am currently using are those recommended for Hueman + Disqus.
My end results? The theme code is what is causing the Disqus comment count not to show up accurately.
All comments are synced to database.

Hey, I would like to know how to have the theme accurately display the amount of comments that are made through disqus.
