How to get an unused WordPress sub-domain?

    Hi. I run a business which has now considerable presence and wanted to get the WordPress.com sub-domain for the website blog. Unfortunately, it was already registered but there is no content and no contact! Is there any possibility to get the sub-domain ‘njcollections’?
