How to force cf7 to get back?

I have designed a website using wordpress.

I am using contact form 7 for all my contact forms.

Recently, I have install CFDB. After that, the data from the contact forms are not visible in the corresponding table. And I could not find the table by cfdb in the server. It is only visible in the wordpress dashboard.

Now, I have uninstalled and deleted cfdb. But still the data are not getting updated in the table.

Even if I create a new contact form, table is not created in the server.

How to solve this issue??

Its an emergency help… Because of this people are getting same registration number, since the registration number is an auto generated depends on the number of rows of the table.
