How to fix wordpress dashboard not being accessed?

    Hey community member,

    I have contacted my service provider about the issue as well but I thought I have to ask experts in this wonderful community.

    Login to my WordPress dashboard is being problematic to me. I have attached the link here. Somebody please give me an expert advice asap.

    Hello @kashif61,

    To log into your WP admin dashboard, assuming you didn’t use any additional plugins to change the URLs of the login pages, you need to use the links in the following format:

    yoururl.com/wp-login.php
    yoururl.com/wp-admin

    If these are correct and you still have problems to log in, one of the main reasons not being able to access your WP login page is because of a fatal error on your website.

    If that is indeed the case, your hosting provider can help you read the debug log and troubleshoot the issue just enough so you can log in. Afterwards, depending on the error itself, you could seek support from the plugin / theme that might have caused the problem.

    You should also be able to access your WP website directly through your hosting account too.
