The volunteers here have no access to the code of premium themes. You need to ask the theme author in their support forum.

For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

Hi, I have contacted the developer and was told to update the Zakra pro latest version again. However, I am not able to access my dashboard/administration screen for the update even the recovery mode sent to me from wordpress. Please advise. Thank you.

The recovery mode should work (it disables the code with the error so you can log in), and if there is a problem with that, please open a core ticket: https://core.trac.wordpress.org/

To get going, use FTP or your host control panel’s File Manager to delete the theme’s folder. You can upload the new version of the theme in its place.
