How to fix "Warning: Failed to Open Stream: No Such File or Directory"

Hi, I got a problem with my website.
I updated a plugin,and suddenly I cannot access my website and it said:

Warning: require_once(/home/megh8392/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-popup/inc/config-defaults.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/megh8392/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-popup/popover.php on line 68

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home/megh8392/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-popup/inc/config-defaults.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/megh8392/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-popup/popover.php on line 68

I tried to find a solution by reading some of similar cases. Almost all of them said to delete plugin or re-install. I deleted the plugin, but nothing happened. It still shows the same message.

Can anybody help me find the solution?
