JCH is telling me the following:

“Recently an error occurred while creating the CSS / JS minify cache: File “/home3/MYWEBSITE.COM/wp-content/plugins/wp-google-analytics-events/js/ga-scroll-events.js” doesn’t exist.”

This is happening because I removed the plugin called WP Google Analytics Events. How can I get JCH to stop trying to handle that JS? I have tried putting that file in the “Exclude Options, Exclude these javascript files” settings but still no luck. Thanks

Clean the cache using the icon in Basic Settings in the plugin. Flush any other cache you may have enabled.

Turn the plugin off and check the source of your page to ensure that there is no link to that file in the source.

I’ve followed everything you’ve said and I am still getting this error. I don’t see a link in the source code either.

I just upgraded to the Pro version because I consider this plugin to be excellent and wish to support it. JCH Optimize should be more popular than it is. Could you possibly assist me in fixing this error? I could give you admin access to my website. Thanks

I’d be happy to assist you with this. As a subscriber you have access to the ticket system so you can submit a ticket with admin access and I’ll check it for you.

The ticket system is offline for the weekend though. I can’t provide this type of support 7 days a week so submit it on Monday and we’ll take it from there.
