The site has this plugin and its Pro and Gold extensions. Both of them report in the license key tab: Domain limit exceeded.

I have made three support tickets about this, but I am not getting a response. Does anyone know how to remove this error message or how to contact the plugin creator in another way?

    Hi @handeke,

Thank you for getting in touch, we do appreciate your time.

Unfortunately, as licensing is a part of our premium add-ons, we are not allowed to discuss this issue via these forums. These forums are reserved for support and discussion of the base plugin, as per the WordPress.org guidelines.

I do want to get in touch with you as a priority, and as such I’d like to ask if you could share a link to one of your linked domains. With this I should be able to access your account information and get in touch with you directly from my side.
