    Have you received the Merchant KEY & Merchant SALT from the PayU Team.
    Also the error generally comes, when doing a test transaction.

    Try a live transaction (no need to complete the process, simply abandon, this is just to check if your KEY & SALT are working).

    Same problem on Live Transaction, Please Help. http://www.santushticlinics.com

    I have done as the previous suggestion, but it didn’t worked for me.

    Kindly note, during our testing on your website, we can see that the Plugin is in TEST MODE.

    Further, have to collected the KEY & SALT from: https://www.payumoney.com/merchant/settings/#/myaccount > Merchant -Key Salt (TAB)

    Please note, you need to use theMerchant Key & the Merchant Salt NOT Merchant ID

    I have done for testing, it is now on live server but still getting the same error, Merchant key and Salt are verified.

    We are talking about LIVE Mode of PayUmoney plugin.

    Dashboard > WooCommerce > Settings > Checkout > Payi
    Navigate here and make the Mode Live.

    Since all the settings seems to be correct. The logical step would be to verify with the PayUmoney Team about the status of your account.

    Kindly contact them and verify if they have Activated the account for Web Integration.

    Also verify if your agreement document has bee uploaded on the portal or if you need to implement Authorization Header.

    The further scope lies with the PayUmoney Team and we as the plugin developer can only assure you that the plugin seems to be configured correctly.

    i am getting this error on test mode when trying to checkout

    On TEST MODE you will get the error!
    Kindly use the LIVE MODE

    but
    need to check it first on test mode ,
    so if it confirms on test mode than i will go for live mode ..
    is there any other solution ?

    and also i am using it with 4.6.1 version of wp, and is unset with my wp version.
    so i want to know that if i am using this plugin , is there any risk in future for my site ?
