Support for server-rendered AMP (aka “Optimized AMP”) is going to be implemented directly in the AMP plugin. Please see https://github.com/ampproject/amp-wp/issues/958

    1. So should I directly copy paste those optimizer files I got from https://github.com/ampproject/amp-toolbox/tree/master/packages/optimizer
Or I need to edit the code too?
    2. Will that be a valid amp html after it has been installed?
    3. Isn’t there any simple proper implementation procedure, step by step, not a complex guide.
    4. Are there any disadvantages of using it?
    5. Why does the amp plugin by default does not contain it? Or why doesn’t it contain any option to apply it like a tickbox?

No, the Optimizer files are written in JS and will not work in a WordPress hosting environment (which is PHP).

The AMP plugin doesn’t include the AMP Optimizer processes by default because Optimized AMP is a relatively new thing. The blog post announcing it was published just a couple months ago: https://blog.amp.dev/2019/08/07/faster-amp-on-the-origin-amp-ssr/

Optimized AMP will be enabled by default in future versions of the AMP plugin for WordPress. So just keep your AMP plugin version up to date and you’ll get it when it is implemented.
