Your twentythirteen-child theme seems to be the error.

Repair/Replace functions.php file of your child theme.

If you need immediate access to your dashboard, switch theme by accessing your server via FTP/ SFTP , or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and switch to the default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder by adding "-old" to the end of the folder name. Alternately, you can remove other themes except the default theme. That will force your site to use it.

I changed themes, Message went away. But I want this blog in display in Chronological order. How do I do that. That was how my old theme worked. I forgot how I got this to work.

I installed a plug-in Chronological Posts. This works fine.
