How To Fix Bad Image Upload

Hello, don’t know why I seem to be having bad and blurry image quality on profile pictures..My image quality settings is at 100 on plugin, I have purged and cleared cache on plugin..Other images on my site don’t have this issue, only happening with plugin..Any other setting that can fix this issue?
