How to fix 500 Internal Server Error in File Manager in WordPress?

    In my wordpress wp-admin, in Settings>General, i changed the Site URL and WordPress URL from http://couponscycle.com to http://couponscycle.com/home and after just saving changes it is showing me “Internal Server Error

    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

    Please contact the server administrator at webmaster@couponscycle.com to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

    More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

    Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.”

    I have tried to rename .htaccess file to .htaccess_old but it did not work. Please let me know the simplest and easiest method to fix it.
