how to Filter Posts by Custom Taxonomy in Admin panel

You can add a Custom Taxonomy in Toolset > taxonomies and in the Options section check the checkbox:
show_admin_column
Whether to allow automatic creation of taxonomy columns on associated post-types.
Default: false.

This will show your Taxonomy in the Post Admin Column

But it will not create a Select Box or whatsoever to sort posts by it.
