How to fasten preload of cache

    Hello, I have used wp rocket, w3 total cache, but I had some issues with AMP pages and I installed WP Super cache. Its really good plugin. I have few queries

    1) How can I see that cache is cleared when a new post is published (only for new post and home page and not all).

    2) I have seen the default option of preload as every 600 minutes which is 10 hours. Currently the preload of cache is taking 2 hours time. Can I speed it up and complete them in say 30 mts?
