How to extract data submitted through contact form 7

    Hi,

    Thank you for contact form 7. I could not develop the forms on my webpage without it.

    I have created a registration form with contact form 7 and I need to extract the following data into an excel spreadsheet:

    Name
    Email address
    Web URL
    30 word text field
    Picture attached as a jpg or png

    Is there a way to do this with contact form 7?

    If not can you recommend a plug-in to do this.
