Hi, did you move to a different server? Also, did you import a recent database backup?

    Regards.

yes,a different server and a recent database backup。

The old server exports SQL files and imports the new database.
I have tried exporting the Simple-membership plugin after enabling or disabling it on the original server, and when I finally restored the database on the new server, the plugin Settings were blank.

    Hi,

Can you confirm if the members accounts imported into the new server?

    Regards.

Members accounts import is ok, just the settings are empty.
I copied the contents of the swpm-settings field in wp_options directly from the old database to the new database, and it still didn’t work.

Hi, thank you for sharing more information. I have submitted a message to the developers to investigate further your issue/request.

    Kind regards.

The settings of this plugin is stored in the standard wp_options database table (using the standard WordPress’s settings saving process). When doing migration, the best option is to move the complete wp_options table so all the data moves together.

Unfortunately I don’t know what you did with the migration. migration is always difficult to provide support for since many things can go wrong with a migration.
