How to expand text

    Is it possible to add something like read more.I have a few big posts on my blog,so is it possible to post only a little intro text,or something like that,and then when a person kliks on read more the text expands on a full page.
    something like this:

    On your editor’s toolbar, there’s an icon that will say “More” when you hover over it. Click that and WP will put
    <!-- More --> in your post which generates a link along the lines of “Click here to read the rest”.

    Or, you can just type that in yourself. Either works.

    Is there any way i can change “Click here to read the rest”
    to something shorter?
