Support » Plugin: WP Minify » How to exclude MapPress files?

  • With WP Minify set at its default settings, MapPress javascript is not loaded on the website pages, so the MapPress Google maps will not load.

How can I exclude the MapPress files (mappress.min.js) or Google URL (maps.googleapis.com) from the WP Minify plugin? I have tried pasting these file names in the “JavaScript files to exclude from minify” and the “CSS files to exclude from minify” boxes without success: the only way I can get MapPress maps to show up is to uncheck the “Enable JavaScript Minification” box in the WP Minify Options window.

(This has probably been answered someplace but I my search for this information failed… sorry!)

I’m also running into this issue. I think we need to figure out how to set an ID on the script when it loads, similar to how the “admin-bar” that is included in the settings.
