How to enclose a sidebar widget in a box, ETC

Hello everyone!

My website is located at http://www.makemerichonline.info.

Here’s a screenshot of my website. I actually have two questions:
1) How do I enclose the login form (the one in orange) in the same box style as the video (the one in red) because if you look closely, youll see that the video is enclosed in a gray box. How do I do that?
2) At what point in my CSS code do I have to adjust so that I could get back the line under Lost your password (its in yellow). That line is supposed to be under the register button too.
