Support » Fixing WordPress » How To Embed Photoblog RSS feed’s images into blog’s sidebar

  • I have my blog at http://www.passerine.net/ and my photoblog at http://www.passerine.net/photography/
I have been trying to search for a way to embed the photographs from my photoblog’s feed, into the sidebar of my main blog, but in vain.
What I am asking for is similar to embedding the Flickr RSS photos, except that the RSS is not Flickr’s, but rather my own photoblog’s.

I would be more than just grateful to anyone who helps me out on this.

    Thanks in Advanced… 🙂

I don’t have a copy of the widget handy to test this but can’t couldn’t you use teh flickr widget and just use the rss feed from your photoblog?

No; I have tried that theapparatus. It doesn’t quite work…

    Maybe it’s too late, but…

I’ve been looking for a way to do this for months. I finally found the WP-RSSimport plugin that let us show the description. So, I’ve modified it so it would only show the thumbnail (only if you use the thumbnail in your excerpt on your photoblog).

    You can download it here.
