How to Eliminate Blog "Prefix" From Outbound Links on Images? (1 post)

I've noticed something strange happen when I transferred from WordPress hosting to private hosting... the links embedded in my blog images are getting corrupted.

I use my blog images to link to my Facebook site for cross-promotional purposes. When I was lennoxtutoring.wordpress.com, there was never a problem linkin my images to http://www.facebook.com/pages/Lennox-Organic-Chemistry-MCAT-Tutoring/145990368771242. NOW, when I do this, the link to my blog article is somehow inserted as a prefix into the outgoing link, and hence the link is turned into a non-link because it doesn't exist,

I'm searching the internet for an explanation to this issue, and am wondering if anyone else has encountered it.

    Thanks,
    Joseph
